Return Policy
- Once a student attends any part of a lecture course there will be no refund.
- In order to obtain a refund the student must notify the school in writing within three calendar days of the student's receipt. The material must also be returned unused. AFTER THREE DAYS THERE IS NO REFUND!
- The school will keep a $10 restocking fee on each textbook. Computer disks, audio and/or video programs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
- Each student has six months from their date of enrollment in a lecture course in which they can repeat a class as many times as they need. Pre-registration is required.
- If a student's six months has come to an end and they would like to re-attend a course a full tuition fee will apply.
- The school's main function is to prepare student's to pass insurance and securities exams, therefore, recruiting during class is prohibited.
- Fingerprint fees are non-refundable!
- PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
