January 01, 2008 Credit Producer Classes Now Available
We are proud to announce that the same class that we have been offering to our Corporate Clients on a special class basis is now available to the general public. This class is an 8 hour class that is offered in our Scottsdale location on a monthly basis. Learn everything you need to know to pass the Credit Producer exam for only $99. Here are our Credit Producer dates for the first half of 2008:

- June 11th
All of our Credit Producer course content was revised in late 2007 to reflect the most recent version of the Prometric Exam Content outline. Of course you can still purchase our self study book ($49 plus tax) and prepare to pass the Credit producer exam without attending our live class. December 01, 2007 FINRA Announces Series 24 Exam to be revised
FINRA has announced that effective February 12, 2008 there will be revisions to the Series 24 Examination. As more information becomes available we will do our best to address these changes in our study materials.
August 31, 2007 NASD Now FINRA
The NASD and NYSE regulatory units have now merged into one united organization that is now known as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). At some point in the near future you may begin to see exam questions referencing FINRA versus the NASD.
June 25, 2007 Revised Insurance Exam Content Outlines Now Available
Thomson Prometric has published their latest Insurance Exam Bulletin, which includes the revised exam content outlines. Any changes present in the exam outlines will take effect in the content of the Insurance Exams beginning on July 1, 2007. We are happy to inform you that once again most exams had very minor changes. These changes will have no effect on your studying. We have created a short update to reflect the minor changes that are included in the new outlines (see below). You can view the new outlines by clicking the link below.

March 01, 2007 North Phoenix Campus Has Moved
Effective March 1st 2007 our North Phoenix campus has moved. The University of Phoenix has relocated to 2550 West Union Hills Drive, Suite #100, Phoenix, AZ, 85027. It can be found just East of I-17 on the North side of Union Hills Drive off 24th Drive. This site can be reached by exiting off I-17 at Union Hills Drive then driving East on Union Hills Drive to 24th Drive and heading North. If you are heading East on the 101 you can exit at 35th Avenue and head South to Union Hills Drive. Then head East on Union Hills Drive to 24th Drive and head North. If you are heading West on the 101 you can exit on 19th Avenue and head South to Union Hills Drive. Then head West on Union Hills Drive to 24th Drive and head North. Our classes will be held on the first floor of the building. Check signs and monitors in the lobby for classroom numbers the day of class.
November 16, 2006 New West Phoenix Location Opening in 2007
To meet the continued demand of the tremendous growth in the West Valley we will begin offering one Life & Health and one Property & Casualty licensing class at our new West Valley training location beginning in January of 2007. This new class location is very close to the intersection of the Loop 101 and Interstate 10. We continue to strive to provide the most convenient programs with the best test passing results at the most cost effective prices. November 15, 2006 Weekday Insurance licensing classes coming to Tucson in 2007
In January 2007 we will begin offering weekday Insurance pre-licensing classes in Tucson. We will now have more insurance licensing classes offered in Tucson than any other school in the state. Each month our students can now select from two Life & Health licensing classes (one weekend and one weekday) and two Property & Casualty licensing classes (one weekend and one weekday). November 13, 2006 Online Insurance Classes Coming Soon
Our anticipated launch of our Insurance Online Course offerings is currently January 1st 2007. In addition to attending a live lecture class at anyone of our five locations students will now have the option to either stream class online, or download each lecture class video directly to their computer, where they will be able to view it for up to 30 days. Each online class includes an electronic version of our study manual and an interactive online final exam. Our online course catalog can be accessed through our online training subsidiary by going to www.testeachersonline.com.

August 15, 2006 New Tucson Class Location Beginning in October
Beginning in October our University of Phoenix classroom location will be relocating to 300 S. Craycroft Road, Tucson, AZ 85711. Our September 23 & 24 Tucson Property & Casualty class will be the last class held at the current University of Phoenix location (5099 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712) Our October 7 & 8 Tucson Life & Health class, and all future Tucson classes will be held at the new University of Phoenix location. July 19, 2006 Series 6 & 63 Online Lecture Courses Now Available
Phoenix Insurance and Securities School, Inc. is ecstatic to announce the completion of the first true online representation of our lecture training courses. Finally an online program worthy to offer to our students!! We have partnered with Testeachers LLC to create the most innovative online exam preparation program in the nation. Testeachers LLC is the first pre-licensing school anywhere to offer a lecture class utilizing Flash Streaming Video.
A student can now purchase either our 16-hour Series 6 or 4-hour Series 63 lecture class to view on their computer through streaming video. The content of the lecture class is exactly the same as if a student came to our facility and sat through a live class. The online course also includes an electronic copy of the study manual (in addition to other class handouts), a Frequently Asked Questions Page, and interactive Online Final Exam. You MUST have high speed internet and either speakers or headphones connected to your computer to adequately utilize this program.

The new Property & Casualty outline includes content related to the brand new 2006 ISO Businessowners (BOP) form. If you are taking your Property & Casualty exam on or after July 1, 2006 you must study the information related to the new 2006 ISO BOP form, which can be accessed by clicking the link below. If you are taking the Personal Lines exam you DO NOT need to study this handout. However, if you are taking the Property & Casualty Adjusters exam you DO need to study this handout.

November 30, 2005 NASD ANNOUNCES SERIES 6 EXAM CHANGES EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 30, 2005
The NASD has recently announced changes to the Series 6 exam effective November 30, 2005.

The study outline for the Series 6 exam has been reorganized and updated, and the exam will reflect these changes beginning on November 30, 2005. To view and print the new NASD Series 6 outline click here. Phoenix Insurance and Securities School has just completed a seven page Series 6 Update that, when combined with our current study manual, will address all of the new concepts incorporated into the updated Series 6 outline. All students who register will receive our brand new Series 6 Update with their textbook materials. Newly licensed agents can now search for their new career on www.licenseline.com! Phoenix Insurance and Securities School has created an innovative job posting interface for recruiting managers that will allow them to create current job listings and post them on this website. This new service will bring together qualified individuals who are currently going through the licensing process and the companies who are currently hiring newly licensed agents.
The job listings can be found by clicking the Industry Opportunities tab on the left hand side of the page. Recruiters who would like to post an opportunity can go to the Industry Opportunities page and click on the Post an Opportunity link, then fill in the required information. All postings are subject to content approval by the school before being uploaded to the site. The school will not currently be charging any fees for this new service.
