Refund Policy

•   Due to the nature of our products, once a student registers for our live lecture courses or home study materials, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
•   Shipping and Handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
•   Computer discs, audio and/or video programs CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
•   Our exam simulation discs are NOT Macintosh compatible.
•   Each student has six months from their date of enrollment in a lecture course in which they can repeat a class as many times as they need. Pre-registration is required.
•   If students are past their six month lecture enrollment date, but within a year of initial registration, you MUST pay an upgrade fee to attend another lecture course. Students who pay an upgrade fee will receive another six months to attend lectures from their upgrade date. If you are past a year of initial registration, FULL TUITION IS REQUIRED.
•   Students are not eligible to pay an upgrade fee if a new version of the class textbook has been published. In those circumstances, FULL TUITION IS REQUIRED.
•   Course prices, products, and schedules are subject to change.
•   Personal checks are not accepted.
•   TesTeachers’ main function is to prepare students to pass insurance and securities exams; therefore, recruiting during class is strictly prohibited.
